They will lie and deceive you to sign up with them and then give you a million and one contingencies and threaten to charge you fees that they didn't disclose to you. I was with RTS for many years. I have been paying tens of thousands of dollars a year to RTS and, for that money I expect reliable service. For the first several years I received that quality. However, in January ( immediately after a "system change") I was switched to a new team ( Team #28 ran by Sebastian Miller) and that is where the problem started. Worst factoring company ever our company has been with Rts for over a year now or sales rep Brooks was always hard to get a hold of even the process to get bought out from another factoring company takes forever and they break contracts even though you have a non-recourse they were always find a way to get the money and they always prefer the side of the broker than yours so don’t ever go with Rts if you read in every review a lot of people have had bad experiences with Rts financial services
If you’re considering signing up with RTS…RUN! You do not want to work with a company like this. I was with RTS almost a year with no issue. The first week of August one of my drivers damaged a trailer from JB Hunt and JB Hunt wouldn’t honor their invoices until our insurance accepted responsibility. would give minus 10 star if I could.. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They hold up the money for no reason or they just find something. The guy who call himself Representative of my company does not answer or return phone calls and no reply to the emails. They don't let you go and they keep ignoring and hold on to the money and they will ruin your business. I will tell this to everyone and post this on Facebook and every social media. DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP. WORST COMPANY EVER.
Please carriers RTS will steal your money they will calumet on you as a number they are the worst
