I am seriously unhappy with the way RTS has handled our account, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution other carriers. Initially, we agreed to a 3% fee, which was reasonable. However, RTS later added a 3% collateral hold, which we accepted despite the negative impact on our cash flow. Our company runs partials and power-only loads with team drivers for our two trucks. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone if u are wanting to factor one broker only. I was informed afterwards they don’t allow that. Now they don’t want to let me transfer to a different factoring so I can pull for the broker I want to. On top of that never have factored anything with them. This company is unprofessional Very unorganized Lack of communication They are not any help to their carriers Hold invoices Transfer you around to different people who still have no answers They don’t respond to emails
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! They will hold and keep your money. Death is in the details. The worst customer service EVER. No department has a telephone number. You will get a run around if you dare try to speak to someone. The will find ways to take, keep or withhold your funds. I promise you. DO MOT FACTOR WITH THIS COMPANY ! Truckers you’ve been warned.
We have found them to be a major part of our success. Hands down the best factoring company we have dealt with. The CSR’s are the best in the business.

The service here has gone completely downhill within this last year of our business relationship. So, for starters if they do not factor for a specific broker, it takes them 48hrs to send an LOR (letter of release). Where do I begin. Beware of this company. They will lie and deceive you to sign up with them and then give you a million and one contingencies and threaten to charge you fees that they didn't disclose to you. Please ask questions and get everything in writing. BEWARE! Don't not get out on Racheal sheats team (Team 24) and stay away from this guy (Joel M.
