My experience with RTR Auto Sales was extremely disappointing. I purchased a vehicle with cash and drove it less than 60 miles before it broke down. Although the dealership sold the vehicle "as-is," I believe honesty, transparency, and integrity should still be part of every car sale. Because I was concerned about the condition of the vehicle, I had to pay out of pocket to have the car towed to a certified dealership for a proper inspection and diagnostic evaluation. I feel like I got ripped off. The mechanic here couldn’t properly diagnose the issue with the car. I ended up taking it to my own mechanic, who found multiple problems, including rat droppings in the air filter. I wouldn’t recommend coming here — it felt more like they just wanted my money instead of actually helping.
Mark was great. No pressure. Got me in my car and record time. Worked with me to get my pants to wear I was comfortable.
Mark and Roland were beyond Amazing!! They made everything quick and easy for me so that I could Be in and out in no time! All of this was done with kindness and understanding …excellent customer service!! Great car for a great price!! Thank you!!
