The shop and the owners were outstanding. I had a cracked BMW OEM wheel. They repaired it quickly, ahead of schedule, and did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and I would absolutely come see them again for any future wheel issues.
Brought my Volvo in after the tire shop told me they weren't able to balance my tires after I apparently hit a pot hole and dented the wheel. Sarah provided quick responses in texts, gave me clear answers on expectations, and were extremely fair in prices. They gave me several options on what I could do and different price points for each option. RTP Customs changed high gloss black to satin chrome on my 2024 Lotus Emira. The wheels look fantastic and the work was completed as promised.
RTP Customs did a fantastic job removing curb rash on all 4 Mercedes AMG rims plus new powdercoating. Everything went flawless and the final outcome came out looking brand new. Raj was great to work with and communication was excellent throughout.
Great service!! The owner was very transparent about what would be done and the cost of the service. I’ll be return customer!
