Months after appointment i was charged Again even-though I paid my Co pay at appointment ? No one called me back from billing. They tried to charge me $800 for bloodwork. They are crooks be very careful! There were 5 people disputing billing in the waiting room while I was waiting to be seem which should tell u something!

I just started seeing Dr. Ratiner this spring. Having managed a rheumatological condition for over two decades, I consider myself a well informed consumer of medical services. I saw Dr. Oh for an initial appointment which was fine. The front office charged me $250 because I have a high deductible, which I accepted. A month later, I noticed on my credit card statement that there were actually two $250 charges. When I called the billing department to point out the mistake, they told me they did not double charge me, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company for one of the charges. Great doctors and great place. But because somebody by the name Samantha, did not allow me to talk to people I needed, insisting I had to give her all my personal information over the phone, had to put this rating. The person spoke on the phone with decent enough English, but seems could not understand people, what they asked. How long that type of "gatekeepers" will mess up with good businesses

During the first visit I disclosed to Dr. and to sluggish clerk Anastasia that I had in the past PT due to my knee replacement. During my last visit in November, Dr. Ratiner's clerk at the front desk accused me of having concurrent physical therapy (PT) in some other office and were demanding name and phone number of the alleged PT "to speak with them".
