Rich was recommended to me by a friend, and I can see why he gets so much business from referrals. I worked with Rich to design and buy an engagement ring + diamond. Rich was super responsive and knowledgable throughout the process - it didn't feel like a sales transaction at all. My partner and I are extremely happy with the end product ! Couldn't recommend Rich more. He went above and beyond every expectation I had every step of the process. Couldn't ask for a better experience with buying a ring. Rich is incredible at this, and choosing him was the best decision I could have made for buying an engagement ring. He's honest and straightforward in an industry where everything can be so easily muddied by marketing; with him the whole process is transparent.
