RecommendedRTC did a mold mitigation project on our bathroom a couple of years ago. We recently discovered a crack in our bathtub, not related to anything RTC had done. While removing the tub, we found that there was a water leak along a tile seam from the previous repairs. When we notified RTC, they immediately identified the problem and took full responsibility without any argument or discussion and scheduled workers to begin the warranty work.
