I had a roof installed by RTB on 1/19/2017. A few months later, a roof leak was noticed causing stains in the living room and over the rear door. May 8, 2017, I contacted John (salesman) at RTB, and informed him about the roof leaking. John stated that he would file the claim immediately and someone would be out to assess the leak soon. RTB did a fantastic job on our roof, roof was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after they were finished. Would highly recommend them.

Great company to work with! Fast service and excellent job! My roof was 48 square and they were able to knock it out in a day and a half! Wonderful family business!
It’s the third time they promised to be at my home. No return calls. Took my money. And called Over and Over to get my money. But I can’t get a return call back now. My husband has went to the shop. Was promised and owner made one call to tell they were coming. No show. And again today no shoe. I don’t see how these others are happy w a roof. Because I have paid and they at this point look as tho they have ripped me off ! Today I’m seeking a attorney.

Lisa I am sorry you are unhappy. We have had delays since last week due to weather related issues that are beyond our control. When we delay jobs that are scheduled prior to yours for weather related issues it delays all jobs scheduled following. This week we have had rain forcast for 2 days those jobs were delayed and unfortunately the jobs following that get delayed. Your material is being delivered this morning.

Fantastic company to work with! Price was reasonable, John Kidd was thorough and answered all our questions. The workers arrived on time, were very courteous and worked hard nonstop. We were always kept up to date on the timeline. Cleanup was also remarkable!
