Unprofessional. Borderline unethical. I was sold a set of tires that the technician knew would cause an inaccurate speedometer reading and alignment issues. (Significantly smaller tires). After driving less than 2 miles I realized their mistake. Knowing that I would likely have to pay labor costs I returned to rt tire to rectify the problem. Best tire experience ever. No hassle no fuss. Got what I needed and was out of there in less than 2hrs. It was only about an hour for the 1 tire I had patched. Mounted and balanced out the door $30. Staff was excellent and polite! Spoke to a customer also waiting for service and he said he goes no where else.

Today my boyfriend and I we're coming to Stockton CA from Hercules Cal and the back tire was making funny loud noise I told him to have a tune up on the car he keeps saying I will hmmmm but only God is all mighty I have faith on are father we didn't have a accident on the freeway thank you Jesus and we were about close to the exit to get a great tire from the RT Tires really helpful thanks you all for your help and support for putting the tire for us
