Thank you, again for doing the right thing. This is what business was like many years ago. It’s nice to see that integrity is strong with this company.
Satisfactory work, had issues with billing. VP contacted and made it right. Mishaps happen, I have always said you should judge a business by the way they handle themselves when a mistake has been made. RT handled themselves very well and made the situation right.
I highly recommend RT Solar and Electric! I needed an electrical job at a business location and they took care of it right away, even went the extra mile to get the job done in time given the short notice I gave them. I am impressed with the results and glad they pointed out and fixed a deficient job the previous electricians had done in the breaker panel. Thank you!
