Management's is very poor!! My son filled out an application with his deposit. They cashed in the deposit but no one has ever gotten ahold of him. He has called and emailed many many times and still nothing. They have no problem taking your money. It has been over 3 weeks of him trying to call and email. Would not recommend doing any business/living here. I would of done a 0 stars but it wouldn't let me sonthey got a 1 star....but definitely 0 star with customer service.
Place is a scam, very poorly run, I canceled my trip almost 3 weeks before the refund date and almost 4 weeks before my event and they are still holding my 610$ DO NOT BOOK HERE, I've tried calling 11 times just in the last 2 days and left voice-mails on every possible machine, leasing, admin, I even called the maintenence dept, emailed, sent in a lead like I was about to lease an apartment and nobody has reached out to me in any way shape or form, but now that I'm posting this they will probably take their sweet time gettin... read more
