Very poor experience, will not do business with them – I was looking for a local company to purchase my printing supplies from and potentially several copiers. I am a small business and I try to support other local small businesses when I can. I called the number listed and was connected to what sounded like someone's personal voicemail. The Worst Customer Service Ever! – This place is really terrible. I called to ask some questions about a copier and toner. Calls are apparently forwarded to someone's cell phone. I left a message and he didn't call back for 3 days. When he finally did, he says he doesn't really know about the copiers but would have his mom call me back. That call never happened.
