Very unhappy, had an appointment scheduled July 3rd, they only tried to call me once to reschedule, so I had no idea it was canceled. I waited outside their office for anyone to show up. They still have not gotten back to me. On their app my doctor isn't even listed so I can't reschedule and they don't pick up phones or return calls.
I love Dr. T and his staff!
My wife has been coming here since December 2025 for Spravato treatments. While the treatment has been slow going (its not always a quick fix as it is frequently sold as), we love coming here every week because of the staff. Dr. T, Alisha, & Paige are always kind and fun to be around. Highly recommend Dr. T & his facilities!
TLDR: effective drug, friendly staff, headstrong Dr. with a merciless attitude at the end of my care I hope to clear up a misunderstanding that I was otherwise not given the chance to clear up, and to hold some accountability to a Dr. that perhaps means well but let some things go to his head at my expense.
