This place is an absolute joke. They are completely incompetent when it comes to handling patients with mental health issues, which is weird because that's their JOB. DO NOT bring anyone you care about to this place with any hope of getting any kind of help. RT Clinic in Perrysburg is over the top! Their staff are sweet, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and funny! The amount of effort and thought that has been put into the physical office, blows my mind! It's the 'homiest' clinic I've ever been to! They have very comfortable recliners and a guest seat in almost every room, even a bidet in the bathroom! Very unhappy, had an appointment scheduled July 3rd, they only tried to call me once to reschedule, so I had no idea it was canceled. I waited outside their office for anyone to show up. They still have not gotten back to me. On their app my doctor isn't even listed so I can't reschedule and they don't pick up phones or return calls.
I love Dr. T and his staff!
