I would highly not recommend anyone to this agency! I recently told this agency that I do not want to be affiliated with them anymore. It's been over a year and I got one paid job and that took me like 3 months to get my check. It was also when the agency was affiliated with TBW modeling agency. After that there have been a lot of mixers where you get photos taken of you which is great because they're free, but you don't get to see most of them and they don't get you any jobs so there's no point! I went to the boot camp last fall to try and boost my confidence. By the end of the camp my confidence did go up. They are all very friendly and welcoming.
Based on my personal experience in the modeling industry, I can say that RSVP Groups model agency is a professional, well rounded agency. RSVP overall has been a great experience. The atmosphere is super friendly and shows a great line of professionalism.
I love Ray and Vanetta and RSVP because they are intelligent, and beyond talented. All the models and designers that work with them are amazing. As a fashion designer myself I can not picture doing my photoshoots without the RSVP team. After working with RSVP Groups, specifically the owner Rafik Bouzeid (Ray), I am confident in saying this agency and it's promises are a sham. He is unprofessional, untruthful, and a predator to those seeking footing in the industry. I know dozens of young women and men that paid for Bootcamp classes and never received what was promised them.
