Very happy with my consultation. The staff were very pleasant and professional to work with. I was comfortable with all appointments leading up to the wedding and could not be more happy with my choice of dress I purchased. Nikki was absolutely wonderful to deal with and made my experience in store so easy and stress free. I walked in with an inspo photo and she pulled out a dress that was bang on the money! She truely listens to you and values your feelings and thoughts and understands how stressful big events in your life can be such as a wedding !! I could t recommend her more!
Purchased a Beautiful dress for my Daughter's year 12 formal that we couldn't find locally in her size and preferred colour. When I called to check it was in stock Nikki was so helpful and lovely to deal with. Communication was A+ throughout and postage was so quick and responsive, could not recommend RSVP highly enough - thank you!
Nikki at RSVP Bridal did a wonderful job assisting us with picking out a wedding dress. My very patient mum and aunty had been all around Brisbane and the Gold Coast looking but we found the dress at RSVP in Coffs. Nikki kept us updated on the time frame for it to arrive, gave us a colour swatch for shoe matching, helped us pick sizes when I was in-between and directed us to a wonderful seamstress (Donna Craig) for alterations. A very relaxed experience with Nikki - highly recommend!
