Inadequately trained to work with someone with my conditions. I ended up leaving twice. I also experienced unethical behavior & invalidation on multiple levels. I felt like a case # & not a person. No thank you, I'll go without it's preferable to being treated this way. Very disappointing.
Literally they dont know the difference between medicaid and medicare so she couldnt help me with any of my insurance questions (which ended up lapsing), and she wouldn't help me do an application for section 8 because they said it would take too long. Seems like all they really do is get their monthly call in and check your name off their list.
I used to have a wonderful case manager,my new one is average . But overall I appreciate their services.
HORRIBLE!!!!!
