I am an architect in Florida whose client wished me to hire a specific roofing specialist. As such, the client had used Roof Spec before and suggested using them. In all fairness, I do have to say the work they did was very high quality. My issues with them come from both their excessive cost, and their terrible business practices. They were extremely costly.
