Under the manufactures warranty I was required to use RSI as my repair service. They came out 3 times before replacing the correct part. They replaced the control box twice and was going to again before I called Frigidaire myself and had them call the repair tech to tell him to replace the censor instead. The time span it took them to complete the job (due to their schedule and reordering parts) was from 8-11-15 to 11-13-15. Today our fridge quit working again.
