I have a 2015 Subaru WRX that sat for a year after the clutch went out, and I’m very picky about who works on my cars. A colleague recommended RSG, and after speaking with them I knew my vehicle was in good hands. They kept me updated throughout the repair, were upfront about costs, and finished the job quickly. When I picked it up, I could tell it had been personally cared for. This shop is truly reliable!
These guys are quick to run their mouths but do crappy stuff like leave bolts loose. Turns around and recommends a new motor for a broken exhaust stud. Charges my long time customer 35,000 ish dollars for a ej207 swap that ran on 3 cylinders. Leading myself and another close builder/tuner to rebuild it when it killed that same cylinder it had been missing on. ….same motor now 2+ years strong…making high hp. Larry is the man! He’s fast, honest, and—as the business name states—reliable. He’s extremely thorough and even pointed out a couple of things about my car that I wasn’t aware of. Plus, he included photos and old parts when returning my car, which I really appreciated. If you own a Subaru and need a trustworthy mechanic, you owe it to yourself to take it to Larry. Very knowledgeable about Subarus, gave me a straightforward estimate of the work that should be done with the mileage of my car, explained why and answered any questions I had, showed me the parts they replaced and how far they were worn, got my car back very quickly. Will be going back again.
Reliable is an understatement!!! This is the best Subaru repair shop I have ever come across in the country. I have dealt with many! I will never consider going to any other shop. They are very affordable and extremely good with all sorts of repairs. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest. I would go to them over the dealership and it will be a fraction of the price!
