our condo group had RSG Home Services come out for a much needed air duct and dryer vent cleaning in several units. carter was very helpful and took care of all our concerns. the team was on time, kept us updated about arrival, and made sure everything was cleaned well. i would definitely recommend them for air duct cleaning.
Scheduled RSG Home Services to come out for an estimate on air duct cleaning. Curtis came out and was very polite. He was very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done and what didn't. I scheduled another visit for the air duct cleaning. After the service, the air in my home feels much fresher and cleaner. I would definitely use them again for future air duct cleaning.
curtis responded quickly to my question about the red light on my air duct purifier. he checked everything, reset the system, and made sure the blue light came on, which means it’s working well. he was honest, knowledgeable, and very polite. he really knows about air duct cleaning and did a great job. i’m happy with the service i got from rsg home services in washington.
