I recommended Rosie to some young friends struggling to get someplace suitable for their new born a couple years ago. I ran into them the other day and they said they were on their second property with Rosie and loved working with her. They couldn't say enough about how helpful she was in working with the owner to make property improvements after they moved in.
Any potential consumer...BEWARE!!! Rosie, from RS Property Management is a broker who charged fees for doing absolutely nothing while the property sat vacant for four months. Zero results, zero effort, yet somehow still felt entitled to be paid. It’s hard to understand how someone can justify collecting money when no tenant was secured and no meaningful work was done.
