I took my daughters for a consultation and was very displeased by the push sales tactics. After the doctor spent just a few minutes telling me what I already knew it her very veuge treatment plan the sales pitch began. Three time I had to say I did not want to make the appointment to get the braces, that I wanted to talk with their dad first. The office manager offer a $100 off to set up the appointment. Wow, so they were going to over charge me to then "give" us a "discount".
I really enjoy my time working with the RS team. Their outlook and professionalism are outstanding and what makes the difference to their patients.
My young son has been seeing Dr. Sebbahi for braces and to pull a front tooth down that wasn't descending on its own. This has been a complicated and painful process for my son. The office itself is charming and clean, the staff is personable and friendly, but Dr. Sebbahi on the other hand is lacking compassion and professionalism. We absolutely love the staff at the Charles Town office! Never a long wait for our appointments.
Three in our family have braces so we are there quite often. Dr. Sebbahi and everyone on her staff is just wonderful. My kids actually look forward to office visits. They really get to know each patient and make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend to anyone.
The office staff is incredibly professional. The receptionists always call to remind you of your appts and never sound agitated when you have to reschedule. Dr. Sabbahi's assistants/students are very kind and get to know their clients. I am very happy I made the decisions to get braces as an adult and utilized this practice!
