Through email Rob helped me find the right type of fasteners for attaching an external door to my RV. We had a lot of back and forth as it was a very non-standard situation. He was very friendly and responsive.
I have had the pleasure of ordering products from Rob at R&S for around 5 years now and he is great at helping us locate even diffulicult parts. Great pricing and quick at sending us our orders as most items are in stock or arrive in less than a month even through the COVID years.
Went in with a weird sized bolt. Although they didnt have the exact one, they were able to find me an even better alternative. Very affordable, Friendly Customer service, and the guy helping me even showed me how to find a bolts' thread pitch with the little tool I bought there.
Joe is a dream! He seems to know everything. Every time I have come in, they have what I need (in fact: last time I came in I needed a very specialized bolt and they happened to have them, but, also, exactly the number I needed; meaning no backorder!!) These guys deserve an award for how well they manage such a huge inventory in a timely manner. Keep it up guys!!
