Last Friday night I got home from work and noticed that my air conditioning unit was not working. Knowing that it was heading into the weekend and any HVAC Companies were probably closed I Goggled Angie and commented my issues and provided my phone number and email address. Within 10 minutes a gentleman by the name of Nick called me and I explained my situation. The guy on call was very impatient and hung up on me before answering all my questions. He took my name and number and didn’t answer any questions that I had. Nic, you might want to address this as this is a bad customer service which will hurt your business.
Excellent he came out in an emergency situation and did a fantastic job!!!!
