Roberto and Alex were amazing and professional and fixed our door in no time!
Great experience using R&S, from the initial reach out to the work being completed was a smooth process. Communication and scheduling was excellent. Thank you the R&S team, Alejandro, Henry, Renee, and Ivan. I will be using R&S for all future installation jobs on Commerical projects.
Jorge truly saved the day for me. Our company’s garage door was stuck open and he not only fixed it incredibly quickly, he also very kindly escorted out someone who was peeing inside 🫣 He’s super communicative—and funny too! So grateful he was able to help us out.
Had a barrel spring blow on my 19’ rolling door. R&S sent a whole lot of manpower when it came to install time. There was a fork lift involved and all the guys (Alejandro, Henry, Salvador, Roberto, Jorge) were pros. Directing traffic, calling out when lifting, bracing each others ladders, and generally keeping the scene safe. It was a long hard job and they came equipped with the right tools, know-how, and manpower.
Alejandro (R&S Tech) was my savor tonite. My garage is located on the alley and you know when it cant close in the evening. I called R&S after hour, Alejandro called me back asked me few questions about the door. He tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone and was able to close it for the night! Wooo that saved us all parkers from potential break ins and more. Thank you so much Alejandro!
