R&S responded quickly to our broken parking gate. I was impressed with the technician, Fred. He was very competent and personable. I particularly liked his focus on fixing our older gate and keeping it in service through good maintenance, rather than just saying we need a new one. Based on today's interaction, I’d highly recommend R&S.

We'd been having issues with our front doors - and an unresponsive vendor was exasperating issues leaving us vulnerable. We called R&S and they were able to jump in, quoted the repairs within a couple hours, and did the work. Roberto and Fred were patient and troubleshot the issue and didn't let up until it was resolved to our satisfaction. We'll be using R&S from now on for all our doors and gates.
