I found RS Auto specialties online while looking for someone to install a roof rack on my Tacoma. After getting several quotes I spoke to Robert. In addition to coming in at a lower price, he seemed genuinely interested in finding the best fit for my needs. I ordered on Wednesday and the part was in by Friday. He scheduled my for a Saturday install. I am completely happy with me new rack, and Robert even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend.
I’m grateful for finding Robert. My old mechanic was amazing but is now too far away. Robert is very knowledgeable, experienced, repaired my car quickly, and is a straight shooter. He replaced rotors, brake pads, and did an oil change. He’s everything you want and need in a quality mechanic. Looking forward to working with him in the future.
Another mechanic misdiagnosed a tricky electrical problem with the instrument cluster on my Audi A3, but Robert figured it out right away. It was the gateway, and he fixed it the first time. The car has been running perfect since. Super honest, knows his stuff, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Robert, and I’ll be taking my cars to him from now on.
Robert did an amazing job installing a Stealth Hitch on my Model 3! Now I can move multiple bikes and even use a utility trailer with lights for breaking and turn signals. Great job!
