I was having trouble finding the right car, but Rick and Suzie were VERY helpful! They went above and beyond, sending me information and extra photos (the vehicle had damage when they bought it, which was repaired - they even sent me the photos of the damage from before the repair job!) When I went to test-drive, I had a small concern, and Rick offered me a concession that made me feel secure in buying the vehicle anyway.
