I have been renting here for 10 years, very happy with up keep management does to the building in and out. They strive to keep the facility well maintained.

I have been at 4606 FM 1960 for years. My experience here has been the best. The building is very clean, security cameras work. If maintenance is needed for any reason it is taken care of without questions. Management and office staff is very polite and professional. I would suggest this location to anyone in need of office space.

I have been a tenant here for over seven years and have felt very comfortable and safe. Management has always been attentive and considerate of my needs. The building is always clean and well maintained. There is security at night and a covered well-lit parking garage. I also have had success in having good business as it is a good location and easy to access from many different directions. I will be staying here for many years to come!
