Dealer is small, family owned shop (which I appreciate) that respond quickly. Listing was exactly as appeared and truck was clean and ready for test drive. I worked with Rachel during the entire process and she was friendly and honest about everything including making sure I knew they would help take care of any problems that may arise with the truck. The vehicle was already sold and they did not take down the add for a week after I had contacted them. This is disappointing because you see something you would really like to buy and then you find out it is already sold and that is disappointing. I was already to go to their place to see the vehicle and then they contacted me the next day to let me know it was already sold. ..but they left the add up for at least another week before it expired. Recently purchased a 2007 Ford Edge from this dealer. The gentleman, Manny, who helped us was extremely helpful and courteous.
