34 panels installed Monthly bill $129 Loan for panels $209/month Total $338. My highest bill EVER in 30 years $267.........NOT HAPPY at all Over promise , under deliver..... if this doesn’t get resolved...... there will be a problem

I was lied to, I was told my tax credit would 12k, apparently only getting back 6k. my regular light bill was about $146 a month. solar payments were going to be $178. I agreed to pay that since I was "helping the world" all of a sudden I have meter fees and still getting a light bill of $30+. so Now my "light bill" is over $210 ( solar panel payment+meter fee+light consumption) and since I'm not getting the 12k back my $178 payment is going to jump to $232.. add meter fees and light consumption to that. The idea is great the execution is ok
I was excited about the possibility of solar and started the process given the solar tax credit was changing at the end of 2019. My utilities were reviewed and plans approved in August. I signed the contract in August and the panels were installed in November. I was then told the installation had to be approved by the city. After many instances where the contractor hired by Powur to install my project failed to show when the city inspectors came three times (three!).
