RecommendedExcellent company that exhibits high integrity. I’ve seen their honesty and morals up close and am super impressed. It’s hard to find good companies today, sadly. But I’m so glad that at least some like Powur base their business on human decency and do what’s right. Five stars all the way!
Stay far away from this company and Ricky Madril. Still getting electric bills and everyone I speak to makes promises to make you think they are trying to help but they don’t. I am paying more then I was before and no one will help. PM me for proof if you wanna save yourself from this grief.
I had Powur install a 17.5 kw system for me 3 months ago! I was supposed to receive a refund for the first year of payments and never did. I also had 9 panels go out on Monday. They still haven’t scheduled me to come out and fix them. The guy I keep calling said it would be done today. Still nothing. Very disappointing. Do not recommend anyone use this company.
I do not recommend any aspect of this irresponsible company. I have been without service for 5 month, calling and sending emails only to be referred to another person "who is going to help me resolve my situation" 5 month trying to get someone to provide a decent customer service or at least provide the "solar service" they suppose to do

I’ve been trying to get in contact with this company for the past four months I’ve had a very difficult time getting my panels activated no one seems to know why my panels are still not activated and I’m paying for my panels that I can’t even use terrible communication again this is gonna be my final attempt to get in contact with this company hopefully someone sees this message and can return a call
