So disappointing. I have been with this office for just a short time and my experience has been horrible. I try to utilize the MyCare app instead of calling because I know the office is busy but that is a joke. I sent a request for prescription on July 8th checked with pharmacy on July 25th they didn’t have anything. I sent a second message on July 29th. No response. I had the pharmacy send request. My girlfriend went in for surgery, the room she we were waiting in before the operation had someone else's blood still on the floor! When they moved her out there was two dried quarter size blood spots under the gurney.

This place is a joke. In the ER with my husband and the nurse says “I don’t feel like doing this, I’m just going to let them wait til next shift” 40 minutes before shift change. Then shift change happens and still no acknowledgement. Just sit around watching nurses hang out, gossip and openly laugh at and make fun of an elderly patient. Absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this joke of a hospital, they are not in the business of taking care of patients.

I have a very dear friend who had A hemorrhagic Stroke and is still alive by the grace of God. Not many make it. He tries to advocate for himself calls his primary Dr and the woman that answer the phone are obnoxious rude and have hung up on him when he's called asking a question. He's been on speaker family members have heard them speak to him hang up on him say they will call back they never do. This Drs office Specerport family medicine staff is horriable. They need to treat people like him with dignity.
