Most horrifying experience I’ve ever had at any RGH facility. Had appointment for mammogram last week. Some male employee called me to inform me that they needed to cancel and reschedule as their machine had broken down ( little surprised by only one imaging machine at a mammogram place-but okay). Then this morning, I didn’t feel well and attempted to call to reschedule my appointment. One website ( as there are more than one), said opened at 7:30. I've been here now for over an hour waiting for a simple chest xray. Unbelievable how 3 people get called before me who arrived after me. Apparently I'm checked in but they can't see my name in the back?. Fix your computers, fix your priorities, and don't let patients who are in pain wait for an obnoxious amount of time. Hopefully I'll never have to come back again
