4/17/24: Updating from 1 to 4 star because Priya does an exceptional job. Maybe you all need a new operations strategy. last 2 times I come here I am sitting in the waiting room 30-40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, meanwhile the waiting room is completely empty and people are coming in after me and being seen. Today, I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm and I double checked twice over the phone that it was for today. I show up for my appointment and the lady at the desk said sorry its for tomorrow.
