I understand there is under staffing at this campus, and that employee morale is very low. However, do not take it out on your customers/patients. There needs to be mandatory training of staff in courtesy, professionalism and communication with patients. The doctors and nurseries are mostly great, but receptionists and lab technicians need to improve.

First and foremost, people need to know their rights. They are still asking COVID questions and asking you to wear a mask. Not okay. Pretty sure we all know the results of that by now. Secondly, DO NOT CONSENT to your photo being taken or signing off on any genetic or dna testing or biological ANYTHING!! READ WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING. 5 starts for Marc even tho he made me cry Ps. I’m afraid of needles and he had to draw my blood but he was very sweet and talked to me the whole time
Mark NP, Shelby and Sheila were the best! This is one of the first times I’ve felt heard, listened to and understood. Nothing was thrown to the side and I left feeling like I had real answers!
