After purchasing a new home I had roof rider come give me a roof replacement quote on a 23 year old roof. The home inspector had said that it likely had 5 more years left as it was in good condition. I wanted to see if a roofing company would agree or provide me with different information. Please in the future when you are doing a roof in residential areas: be aware of your loud swearing and inappropriate conversations when you are next to people’s homes. There are people who have home offices and sleeping children. Your crew was having loud, aggressive conversations full of f-bombs all morning. It’s totally fine to chat, but please have some awareness. Also, please be mindful to clean up after a job. My steps were covered in old shingles and roof dust that did not get cleaned.
