I had a top-notch experience at Sunbelt Rentals in Bellevue! I was looking to rent a lawn aerator and a small trailer at the last minute on a Saturday (the equipment is too big to fit in a Honda Pilot). Called to confirm, went to pick it up 30mins later. They hooked the trailer and loaded the machine, but there was an issue with one of the trailer's back lights. A bunch of guys came out to investigate and fix it. I had a great experience with Sunbelt in Bellevue. This is an honest business that truly makes things right for their customers. Christian was very professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The 40-foot ladder that was delivered to me was already bending, which was obviously concerning. As soon as I contacted them, they responded quickly, delivered a replacement ladder, and waived the fees as a courtesy. That level of customer service really impressed me. What kind of business are they actually running here? Called to inquire about a 150kwh power storage unit they have on their site. Store employees had no clue about it, fine. Transfer me to corporate for answers. Corporate never called me back to discuss capabilities and delivery options. Went to the store to rent a generator while I find a better long term solution, I ask about availability of a 35kw unit. Employee tells me where some are located.
