We leaned on their expertise to help us craft the perfect deck to meet our needs and we couldn't be happier! The Deckorators Voyage line is amazing quality and does not get hot at all during the summer or slippery when wet. Rosie and Jadin know how to expertly run and implement a remodeling project. This is our second large project with them, and they once again far exceeded our expectations.
Deck 5 stars. Customer service 1. Was sold on quality and service. Tiger wood board dry rotted and failed I get that. Took 2 emails and 3 phone calls to get email response”don’t have man hours to repair”. I guess they have man hours to sell new jobs. The deck is 9 years old, I was told the Tiger wood solution was 25 year plus deck. I understand stuff happens, the sales hit hard on quality and customer service. The customer service promise is a platitude. Talk the talk, what about walking the walk?
My husband and I decided to turn our screened in porch to a sunroom because we found we were not using our porch more than 2-3 days a year.
