Bought a car From this Place years ago. Always has nice cars.
Came here for an appointment with Dave. He forgot about me somehow, and never told his partner to expect me either. His partner let me test drive the car, however he failed to disclose the undercarriage of the car was covered in rust. He insisted on going with me on a pre planned route, but what test drive doesn't include highway driving? Doing 25 mph on side streets is not an accurate way to see how a car drives & performs. I passed on the car and won't be returning..
Sold me a car with undisclosed frame damage
Highly disappointed in the transaction made with David & Tim. The vehicle we purchased was almost undrivable from the day we got it home. The electrical/computer system was a mess that disabled the entire car. Being my wife's dream car, we worked with R&R to resolve the issue. Over a months plus time we had it evaluated by our mechanic & theirs. We finally agreed to have a their BMW dealership friend look/fix the problem, splitting it 50/50.
