I received a gift card to R & R. Unfortunately, the staff is unable to keep their schedule straight and my therapist was unavailable BOTH times at scheduled time. I was threatened with a no show fee via voicemail even though I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment. When I showed them the confirmation email of the correct time I was told their calendar had another time. Somehow the manager wanted to turn this into MY blunder but ultimately issued a refund. To day was my second visit to R+R Massage and Chiropractic. I suffer from neck & lower back pain. I am treated with chiropractic adjustments by Dr. Wiegand. He is courteous, friendly & his explanations thorough. The office is a welcoming, calming environment. Ohh... the massage tables are devine, almost sending me off to sleep!! I'm looking forward to future sessions to relieve my symptoms.
My first chiropractic appointment ever and it was amazing. Dr. Wiegand eased my nerves about the session and wouldn’t proceed until I was ready. He took the time to figure out what’s going on and what I wanted to focus on. He asked multiple times if I had any questions which is great because it shows he cares about the patients and the care he is giving to them. The ladies at the front were very professional and friendly and patient. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of pain relief and chiropractic care.
Devell was awesome. He educated me on my massage and ask me how I was doing often to make sure I was relaxed and enjoying the massage. Will be coming back soon. Office is very nice and cozy, come check this place out.

I started coming here almost 2 years ago because of a groupon and they were so good I became a member for massage. When I was hurt I didn't even think of going anywhere else... and the Dr. Took great care of my injury (Chiro and Physio). Now I do both massage and Chiro here. Just had a massage by Jesus and it was amazing! He incorporates stretching into his massages (make sure you do a 90 minute or longer massage to enjoy the full body experience!).
