A very positive experience all the way around! Steve (co-owner) helped me with our layout and the required supplies for the retaining wall and stairs we wanted to install. When we had an extra pallet of block he had people out within hours to pick it up and promptly refunded our cost. I will go back for the stepping stones I want next then again next summer when we get ready to do another wall. We highly recommend them.
