Great massage with R+R! Communicative and relaxing
My 17yo son is a massive presence 6'4" 319lb football player who trains hard so we needed to find a way to keep his machine pumping with the least amount of pain possible. Thankfully we found R+R Health & Wellness. My son does the Recovery package as well as the Sports Massage. The prices are great for this area. Ric and Rudy have been great! I just got a massage from Rudy. It was great. He got that crook out of the left side of my neck and shoulder. The facility is clean. He was very nice. He is skilled. I'm pretty tight on the left side of my body (shoulder, arm, and leg). He somehow elongated it and I feel very light and no tension. I'll be going back. Oh and my lowerback isn't sore like it was when I arrived. Go get some wellness so your health can be good. Thank you Rudy!!!
Rick and Rudy are both wonderful message therapists each with their own unique touch. The space is thoughtfully done down to the heated towels they provide at the end of your sessions. I plan to return and highly recommend their services.
