Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Chris not only fixed our door so that it was in working order again, but he discovered some problems that had probably been there since the previous owners had it installed years ago. Got it all fixed up quickly and it’s never worked so well! Even recommended them to my neighbor a few weeks later when she had garage door problems since I liked their work so much!
R&R is fast, reliable, trustworthy, and family oriented. The customer service technician was very knowledgeable, and recommended the perfect WiFi enabled opener for our multi-car household. The door is now whisper quiet and cannot be heard from inside. In addition, they replaced the seals to the bottom of our door to increase energy efficiency. This was all done within days of calling! We will definitely be calling R&R for all of our garage needs!
We've had them out on two separate occasions with our garage door. Kyle did a great job of troubleshooting and was very professional and courteous. They guarantee their work and the second time was covered under warranty. I would highly recommend using R&R Garage Door Repair!!!
