I wish I could give 0 starts but I don't have that option. RR HVAC was forced on my by my home insurance company. I was scheduled for service 8 AM -12. At 12 I received a call that they would come by 5 PM. I called several times to verify if they were coming after no one came and it was after 4 PM. I called and texted with my number and gate code.
