RQ was the original installer by the developer in my home back in 2021 and has been reliable with any issue that I have had with my windows. This continued past warranty into a most recent experience whereby one of my hurricane impact patio sliders decided to crack and shatter in its own. Julia has been fantastic in getting me a replacement window and scheduled asap, which includes full cleanup, install and inspection of all my other windows to determine if there are any other windows at risk
