RQ is a terrific company with a great crew of window installers! All my windows were blown out by a tornado and I was overwhelmed on what to do and how to proceed. RQ made the process easy. Their installation crew was top notch! Great hard working guys who knew what to do to minimize damage and get the windows installed. They were very respectful and engaging and yet professional! I really appreciate their hard work to give me back my home after 4 months of boarded windows!! I cannot express enough gratitude! Thanks guys!

RQ Windows/Doors/Glass was a lifesaver after our neighborhood was hit by a tornado. They quickly came out, measured the frames, and installed the windows with precision once they arrived. Highly skilled and professional
I was completely satisfied and impressed with RQ professionalism and workmanship. We had a few impact windows damaged during hurricane Milton. RQ came out and gave us a fair and transparent price. The turnaround time was acceptable with original PGT replacement windows. The installers were efficient and installation was perfect. A big thanks to Julia and the RQ team!
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They ghosted me for several appointments and will not return any phone calls nor pick up the phone or reply to emails. Waited months and months for a replacement glass to come in that is under warranty from PGT and they never showed up for the appointment and completely ghosted me. Edited bc they did take care of the issue eventually
