Highly recommend Relentless personal training! I started going a few months before having neck surgery. Dana and Alyssa developed a program for me to build muscle around my injury which made recovery from surgery so much easier!!! I returned a few months after surgery and yet again they developed a program to help with my recovery. I am not technically a Relentless member, but I would be if I lived closer! I am Coach Alyssa's Aunt and want to share how much she helped me. I have been having severe shoulder pain with limited range of motion for many months. I could barely lift anything or even put my arm into the sleeve of my jacket without difficulty.
