I’ve been going to Relentless for a little over a year, and it’s changed how I prioritize my fitness and health. The programming is intentional and there’s a clear plan behind what you’re doing. Dana and Alyssa pay attention. They check in, adjust when needed, and the focus isn’t just getting through a workout, it’s making sure you move well and feel fit outside the gym too. Highly recommend Relentless personal training! I started going a few months before having neck surgery. Dana and Alyssa developed a program for me to build muscle around my injury which made recovery from surgery so much easier!!! I returned a few months after surgery and yet again they developed a program to help with my recovery. It was so good I stopped going to physical therapy because the Relentless program was so much more effective!!!
