Marcus took my order in April 2024, made many promises and never kept his word, not even 1 time. On October 5th 2024 he finally gave me a tracking number then ghosted me for 3 weeks and never actually shipped. On Oct 29th he finally responded and said he would ship that day. As of today April 2025 he still has not shipped. I lost a lot of money, an entire season of racing and now have to buy new forks and pay again for another company to do the same work.

First time customer, I placed an order for cut forks on a Sunday afternoon and within a few hours, Marcus himself gave me a call with shipping information. Having dealt with extremely poor customer service in the past from other companies, this was a great surprise. Looking forward to working with M2.Shocks in the future and will recommend.
