Frederick's Best Kept Secret (won't be that way for long)
Byron is topnotch. I'm into running and have had two great sessions with him. He listens to you if you need work on trouble areas, for me calves and my IT band, and incorporates extra work in these areas. He's a sports massage therapist who I definitely recommend. His deep tissue work is consistent and he constantly checks in on the pressure levels. For deep tissue work, sports massage and fascial stretching, I would see him again and again.
Rose is great. Coming from a fitness background I was very impressed with her ability to methodically breakdown my structural imbalances from biking and quickly work to correct them. After 5 visits I'm already back to doing exercises that before I only able to do in pain.
