Martina kept me moving with intense massage when I was in extreme pain. This is one awesome group of therapists!
I have been going here for about a year now. Martina has been great in helping to keep me mobile during my Spartan Race preparation. Recently (in April 2017) I saw Byron after hurting my back. They were able to get me in the same day which was great as it put me on the road to recovery faster.
Martina and Rose are amazing! I'm 15 weeks pregnant and already having SI joint pain. I saw Rose this morning and she worked a miracle in my hip! This is a necessity for anyone wanting to stay active throughout pregnancy... It should be a mandatory part of prenatal care!

I can't even begin to explain how beneficial Rose's myofascial stretching has been for me when it comes to my powerlifting. I did 10 sessions with her and my squat depth went from parallel to heals. My numbers increased and my flexibility dramatically improved. I've been recently seeing her again due to lower body tightness due to pregnancy! I can't wait to see her again on Friday! Her practice is a must!!!
