Glenn tuned my truck to lock up at wot! Burned up 3 torque converters before the issue was found then he blamed it on one of his employees even though he is the only tuner in his shop. When confronted about the situation he said he would make it right.....still waiting. Don't go to RPM unless you want subpar work done and when it's not right he will tell you your vehicle is the lowest horsepower vehicle he has worked on. Glenn is a joke and full of himself.
RecommendedRPM was first to come in mind 5 years ago when I went to them to have a 06 impala SS have repair work done. Through my 13 Mustang GT which I sold for the Taurus SHO I remained a silent fan on RPM Facebook through the years. The guys here are AMAZING!! They were able to get me in for routine maintenance very quickly. The price was fair and they didn't add unnecessary repairs to increase my cost. I highly recommend.
be careful selling them parts we sold them a set of valve covers ,they weren't happy with 1 of them so we sent a 3rd 1 to them with a return tag for the 1 we were replacing ,they wold not return the 3rd cover ,we asked them to return all 3 for a complete refund they would not so we charged them for the 3rd cover, next thing we know they put in a clam to the credit card company saying he hand delivered them back to us .that is a 3900 mile road trip the credit card bought it and took are money back. he must be a professional t... read more
Placed an order for parts with 1-3 day shipping couple weeks went by, sent an email inquiring about my order and never got a response. Emailed again once both following weeks till it was a month from the order date called said they would check on my parts then the following day had a refund. Wasnt out any money but poor customer service and a month wasted to start my motor.

RPM/Glenn/Jordan - outstanding! Glenn took my Jeep SRT8 to a completely different level. The street tune is fantastic to drive and yielded 69 more HP and even more TQ gains, yet unbelievably streetable. Can't wait for the race tune! Both Glenn and Jordan took all the time needed to answer my questions and make sure I knew exactly what was happening. I should have been at this shop long ago! Thanks to the team at RPM!
Liked my Hemi JK but now after a trip to RPM and little of their magic, on new a instal of radiator and fans also some preventive maintenance. And the best part the Dyno/ECM tune I am in love 😍 the drivability and power delivery is SO much better. Throttle response drivability and shifting is spot on. Smiles per gallon 😂😊 Huge thank you to Glenn and the boys. You will be pleased to let them take your money. It is refreshing to find a shop that you can trust.
RPM is definitely a shop I’d recommend. As soon as you give them the “Ok” they are on top of it. Got a motor ordered from them. They definitely worked with me on prices. Pretty happy that they got my SRT. 5stars for sure.
