this place is ridiculous, they charge 100$ for a damn estimate and say they’ll “reimburse it off the grand total”. they must be broke charging 100$ just for an estimate. Place next door (Sam’s Auto Body) do multiple estimates for free and their work is more honest and better quality. If i could, i’d give it ZERO stars.
I went to get an estimate and they charged me 100$ just for an estimate of damage. Other collision shops gave me a variety of estimates with no charge.
Took my work truck to get worked on ..
With the quality of drivers on Bakersfield, RPM has become my go to place for all the dings squired in parking lots across town. They are quick in the turn around times and their work is always outstanding in quality. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend them for any repair work you may need.
